DESCRIPTION:The project will assist newly-arrived immigrants with their process of integration to the Charlotte region by matching skills sets and offering coaching and resources to obtain employment. A personalized skill assessment evaluation will be provided to determine the main areas of vocational nature of the individual as well as their area of interest. Once this is determined\, career options\, mentor ship\, and training will be provided in critical areas such as resume building\, career search\, and mock interviews. \n  \n  \nEl proyecto ayudará a los inmigrantes recién llegados en su proceso de integración a la región de Charlotte\, combinando sus habilidades y ofreciendo entrenamiento y recursos para obtener empleo.
