WHO WE ARE

The Alliance of Venezuelans in Charlotte (AVC) exists to strengthen and uplift Charlotte’s pan-Hispanic community by creating spaces where people already feel they belong — through arts, sports, music, health, history, and community engagement. We believe that a community that feels celebrated is a community empowered to participate fully in civic and cultural life, and we build that empowerment one relationship, one event, and one program at a time.
